Firm LeadershipBeth Beghou, Managing Director of Beghou Consulting, has consulted to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies for over 20 years, specializing in the areas of sales force and marketing issues. Prior to founding Beghou Consulting she was a Senior Engagement Manager at ZS Associates, a sales and marketing consulting firm that serves the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She has worked with clients ranging in size from 9 representatives to over 2000 representatives, in the areas of sizing, deployment, compensation, targeting and marketing research. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Jon Hesby, a Partner with Beghou Consulting, has been with our firm for nine years following an 11 year career at ZS Associates. Jon has worked with clients in the areas of sales force sizing & structure, sales force deployment, forecasting, and incentive compensation plan modeling. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University, where he majored in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and Economics. He also received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Patrick Lezark, a Partner with Beghou Consulting, has over fifteen years of sales force consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including eight years with ZS Associates. He has worked with clients in over ten countries in the areas of sales force sizing, structuring and resource allocation, physician valuation and targeting, sales territory design and forecasting. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Steve Trokenheim, a Partner with Beghou Consulting, joined the firm five years ago. Steve brings 8 years of sales force and marketing experience from ZS Associates where he focused on sales force targeting and sizing work. Steve has worked with clients in the areas of incentive plan design and management, patient-level data analysis, sales force sizing & structure, segmentation, promotional response modeling, and forecasting. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University, and a PhD in Nuclear Physics from Northwestern University. |
